Ingredients
- 1 Coffee K-Cup® pod
- 4 Tbsp.Light cream or preferred dairy substitute
- Brown sugar, to taste
- ¼ – ½ cupCooked, chilled boba (also sold as “large tapioca pearls”)
Instructions
- Add desired amount of boba to bottom of a 16 oz plastic tumbler, then fill rest of the plastic tumbler with ice.
- Add in desired amount of sweetener and place under the coffee maker.
- Brew a coffee K-Cup® pod using the Brew Over Iced Setting if available. If not, use the smallest size setting. Stir well.
- Pour light cream over coffee.
